MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address or you have a different billing adreess and you need to provide the correct one.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless you selected Express option at checkout, your order will ship the same day if the order was placed before 12 PM CST.
WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.
HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Please input your discount code into the Discount code box at checkout and apply.

- How do I make a return?
- To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.
- We will respond shortly by email with your return request confirmation and instructions on how to complete your return.

Please allow 1 business days for a confirmation e-mail. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
- How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
- What items are returnable?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
- Can I get my money back?
Returns will be issued refunds as Credit Store in the form of a Digital Gift Card
For all returns we issue store credit only. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Are there any return fees?
*Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
*For returned items past the 14 days return period, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given.
*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive the credit store via email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your store credit to be issued.
