Everything You Need to Know About Our Shipping Process
Step 1: CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see one in your inbox, let us know and we can resend it to you! :)
Step 2: PROCESSING TIME
After an order is placed, we are committed to dispatch your packege ASAP, Plase note that it could take up to 1-2 business days to process. Business days exclude Saturday - Sunday & holidays. When your order has finished processing, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking to update!
Step 3: SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been dropped off, your tracking information will say "SHIPPED". At this point, the package is no longer in our possession. Once the package has been left in the USPS office, as shown on your tracking number, we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. Read below for ship times!
US Orders
Economy Shipping: 5 - 8 business days $5.90
Standard Shipping: 3 - 4 business days $8.90
International Orders/Everywhere Else
International orders ship within 2-14 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local customs office.
GINGER Boutique is NOT responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country. We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check with your country's customs before you order to ensure a swift and successful delivery.
Step 3: DELIVERY
On the day of delivery, GINGER Boutique will send out a courtesy email to notify you that it is out for delivery! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it! If there are any defects or flaws with the products you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at: info@shopgingerboutique.com

Tracking says "DELIVERED", but can't find it?
If your tracking information states that your order was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check around! Most times, "lost" packages can be found in the possession of family members or a neighbor. Check with your roommates and property manager as well, if applicable. They might just have it! GINGER Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages. So, if you still cannot locate your package, you must contact the USPS customer support helpline or local postal carrier to discuss the issue with the and file a claim. We will provide you with their contacts below:

International Orders:
If your package is lost please contact your local customs office or reach USPS via phone @ 1-800-222-1811. We provide customs # with every package.
