No refunds will be made. We ONLY accept returns for credit to our store. please read and follow the instructions below:
Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days from delivery date (according to tracking records).
*You will have 7 days from delivery date to submit your request.
*All return requests after 7 days will be rejected automatically.
*All return items MUST be sent withing a maximum of 14 days from delivery date to complete your return shipping.
*For returned items past the 14 days return period, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your credit store.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
*To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached, and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging. Not following this a 20% restocking fee will be applied or items will be not elegible for a credit store refund.
*Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card.
*Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section below for details).
*Your next returns requires a $8.90 return shipping label fees, which will be deducted from your store credit refund. You also can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
Items excluded from returns:
1. Orders using promo/discount codes that is 30% off or higher.
2. Sale Items
3. Items marked FINAL SALE (Not Return or other aditional services)
4. Orders placed during huge sales - Including but NOT limited to, New Years Sale, Hump Day Sale, Valentine's Day Sale, Labor Day Sale, July 4th Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.
5. Accessories (ie. socks, bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)
6. Undergarments such as, but not limited to, bralettes, thongs, sticky bras (For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept these items)

How do I make a return?
Online Return Center
- To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.
- Follow the instructions submitting the required information.
- We will respond shortly by email with your return request confirmation. If your return request is approved you will receive an email with a return shipping label attached and instructions on how to complete your return.

Please allow 1-3 business days for a confirmation e-mail. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive the credit store via email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ship with a returns label instructions:
- You will get a returns shipping label after we approve your return request by e-mail.
- 1. Download and print the returns label attached to the e-mail return request confirmation.
2. Pack all returnable items and attach the label on the packaging. Make sure all items MUST be returned in protective clear bag packaging to reduce damage during handling.
3. Take it to an authorized USPS (United States Postal Service) Office/drop-off location and ship.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. Once inspected and approve you'll receive an e-mail with your Credit Store as a E-Gift Card MINUS Return Shipping Label Fee
